Application forms for admission to Divine Providence Canossa Nursery for the academic year 2026 – 2027 will be issued on the following dates. Time : 9.00am to 12noon.
Monday – 12/01/2026
Tuesday – 13/01/2026
Wednesday – 14/01/2026
Friday – 16/01/2026
Saturday – 17/01/2026
Eligibility :
The age of the candidate should be minimum 3 years and maximum 3 years 11 months as on 1st June (i.e; the date of birth should be between 01/06/2022 and 31/05/2023)
Documents to be brought along:
Original Birth certificate and Aadhar card of the child. The documents are only to be shown while taking the form, no originals will be retained by the school while issuing the application forms.
Cost of the form is Rs. 500/-

The dates for the submission of the filled – in forms and verification of official records is mentioned on the application form.
Requirements:
Kindly bring along the following documents.
Original and 1 photocopy (NON LAMINATED) birth certificate of the candidate from relevant Government Department.
Address proof : Original and 1 photocopy of the Aadhar card (Parent and child)
1 Photocopy of the caste certificate for the SC/ST candidates.
Two passport size photographs of the candidate.
1 latest family photograph (post – card size) with Father, Mother and children (not cousins)
Applications of the Christians/Catholics should be accompanied by a photocopy of the Baptism certificate and an original letter from the Parish Priest / Pastor.
Kindly Note :
Admission to the siblings of the sisters studying in our school is not guaranteed.
Forms will be issued to everyone. You are requested not to form queues before.
Both the parents have to accompany the child while submitting the form.
No donations or influence of any kind will be entertained.
Admission to Nursery does not guarantee admission to Junior KG, it is subjected to the discretion of the school authorities.
Selection is not on “First come first serve” basis.
