REQUIREMENTS

1.  Counter Foil of the application form of the candidate should be shown at the gate.
2. Original (Non Laminated) Birth Certificate of the candidate.
3. One notarised photocopy of the Birth Certificate.
4. Photo copy of the Aadhar card of the child.
5. Original Birth and Baptism certificates of the Christian/Catholic candidates.
6. Attested photocopy of the caste certificate for the SC/ST candidates  ONLY
7. Only parents will be allowed to fill in the admission form.
8. The selection list and other admission related details are displayed on the school website as well www.divineprovidencebgm.org
